How Do I Track My Order?

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they ship.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. This link will direct you to a tracking page where you can view the estimated delivery date and sign up for notifications regarding shipping and delivery updates. Please be aware that if your order consists of multiple items, they may arrive separately and at different times. The availability of tracking information may vary based on the shipping method and carrier selected. For orders sent to a P.O. box, military APO/FPO address, or U.S. territory, they will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail and tracking may not be available. Nevertheless, you can still check your order status and access additional details.

 

1. TRACK WITH AN ERICSON ACCOUNT

If you have a ericson.com account, order tracking information will also be available by logging into your account and selecting Order History. Click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order.

2. TRACK AS A GUEST OR WITHOUT LOGGING INTO ERICSON'S PORTAL

You don’t need a ericson.com account to track your order – just click on the following Track Your Order link. Enter Ericson's Sales order # or your PO # plus the Ship To Zip code to retrieve the current status of the order.
