How Do I Check My Order Status?

Have an account?

You can check the status of your most recent orders by going to My Account and selecting "Search Orders". 

For your convenience, our system currently sends automated messages, such as Expected Ship dates and Shipment Tracking details to the BUYER listed on your PO.


If you don’t have a account:

You'll need your order number and the email address used when you placed the order. Order number(s) can be found in your order and shipping confirmation emails. Contact Ericson to check status.
